In 1998 after loosing Jill our oldest working Springer Garfield asked if I would like a show dog.

After lots of recommendations we drove to Wales to Gareth Lawler at the ROQFOLLY KENNELS.

He gave me endless advice and showed me a litter he had there one of them being Amy it was love at first sight.

Gareth said I would have fun with her well never a truer word was spoken.

Amy and I learnt everything together and when at almost 10 months old Amy got awarded her fist 1st prize that was the start of a very successful short lived show career.

Amy qualified for Crufts 2000 which was a dream come true as I never imagined I would ever exhibit there.

She also achieved 1st place at a Championship show something else I couldn't believe.

Amy qualified for Top Dog in Cornwall, won gundog groups often and in her 5½ year show career did me so proud winning over 50 Best of Breeds.

Everyone locally knew her and I loved her like my life.

I bred Amy in 2002 and had two lovely girls Keely and Mary
