About Us |

|
It all started in 1988 when I met my husband (Garfield), it was a case of “Love me Love my Dogs” as he had a lovely English Springer Spaniel (ESS) called Jill, of working strain. He spent all his spare time training Jill to the field.
Garfield was so pleased with Jill, we decided to breed her, so in 1990 we breed Jill & kept her daughter Queenie.
As time went on we bred Queenie & again kept her daughter Tina, then bred Tina & kept her daughter Lucy so we ended up with four generations of the working strain |
|
I then decided to breed Amy & went to one of the top kennels and was helped and advised very well by Jenny Miller (Feorlig).
I used a stud dog from Jenny (Penrioch Patter Merchant) who later became Show Champion.
Amy had two lovely puppies & I kept Flourenn Wishing on a Star (Keely), Amy & Keely were soon to become inseparable in & out of the show ring, Amy soon taught Keely how to catch the judges eye & Keely did her share of wining until tragedy struck in May 2004 when a day after Amy won at Devon County Show & on her 6th birthday she was rushed to the vets & died.
Keely was devastated , I can’t explain how I felt so I eventually decided to breed Keely.
She gave me a beautiful litter so nice I kept her son Flourenn Honey Star King (Monty) & her daughter Flourenn Honey Star Dream (ShCM) (Molly). |
|
Both Molly & Monty have done me so proud in the Show Ring.
Monty has won Best of Breeds & Groups at Open Shows
Molly (Now called Miss Molly) after gaining her Show Certificate of Merit (ShCM) title has Qualified for Crufts 2006, 2007 and 2008 and she is only 3 years old.
Molly has won Best Gundog Puppy at Devon County Show, she has won numerous Best of Breeds (over 30 at last count) and Group placings including Groups 1’s.
In September 2007 Miss Molly won Best in Show at Plymouth & District Open Show which qualified her for Dog of the Year and Crufts 2008.
Miss Molly is the first Cornish bred bitch to gain her Show Certificate of Merit (ShCM) she won at the age of 2 years and held it for 12 months in Feb 2008. |
